Very nice! It is a bit tight as stated by some other reviewers, which prevents the blocks from walking down the ladder smoothly, but I think that will improve with time. I have to shake it a little now to get it to walk down. This is the only problem that I noticed, but a minor one in my opinion. As for the build quality, it's very nice and seems like it will last a good while.

The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous toy even for 17 months old baby! The child forgets everything in the World while playing with this JakTak))))And his daddy remembered a lot of tricks with this stuff, which he knew in his youth, and now he often entertains us))))))

kept them busy for a long while
My grand like to fidget and his learning is very hands on. We bought this for him for his birthday, he is 6. He played and played and trying to figure things out on it. His older brother (8) is the one who has really gotten into trying to do all sorts of things with it. It has been a huge hit! They love it!

Really hard to play with.
It sticks so badly that it won't fall quickly from one end to the other. It goes if you shake it rather strongly. However, it is beautifully made.

Jacobs Ladder Fail
Ordered for Christmas and missed return window. Product didn't work at all. Wooden rectangles got stuck after 1 or 2 flips. Waste. Disappointed.
