I’ve had this straightener for 11 years, and it has never once failed me. Even my college friends consider it part of the friend group at this point. It is theeeee best hair tool I’ve ever invested in, makes perfect curls and sleek perfect straight hair as well. The heat level is more than enough for me and the length of the plates makes curling take like 20 mins if that. I have a dyson and I still find myself reaching for this every time. Can’t recommend it enough.

This item was amazing, it’s durable and I still use it today. I have very curly hair and this helps the straightening time from 2-3 hours up to 1-2 hours for me. The heat level gets up there and you can also monitor it if you don’t want to apply so much direct heat to your hair. 10/10 in my book.

Do it! If you’re like me and was hesitant about spending so much money on a flat iron this one is definitely worth it. It heats up quickly, has longer plates on the insides and is very effective. I have a lot of hair that is wavy/curly and a higher quality iron is a must for my type of hair. Do it!!

What a buy!! Two amazing products for the price of one. Love the fact they do t pull my hair while using them. Never has my hair been so soft after it’s been straightened by an iron. Great product at a great price!

My original review was regarding the brand-new iron not working straight out of the box. It was replaced and it was inconvenient for the price, but I wanted to talk about the products when they work.My hair does not hold a curl very well. I used Babyliss for many years, but a year ago when I had to replace my Babyliss iron, I just didn't feel like paying the high price again. I tried other much less expensive irons and never could I get a curl to hold.When the less expensive iron started chipping after one year, I decided to go back to Babyliss. I found this deal with both the iron and blow dryer. Yes, my curl sticks like it did before. My guess is that this is a true titanium versus not full titanium with other irons.I am still rating this a 4 star for the inconvenience of a new iron not working and because they are very expensive.
