Failed to include the 4 prong wire leads
I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the unit did not come with the 4 prong wire leads included.

Good quality, but fail spectacularly
The media could not be loaded. It lasted a couple years, but it malfunctioned and blew out all of the rgb leds. It literally burned holes through the front. It ran on the app timer and never had problems until today
