So first I want to start of by saying wow!! I lost my hair due to chemotherapy .It did start to come back but very very slow and more like baby fluff.As I used to have a fine head of hair ( as me Mam said ) I did get quite depressed about it. They don’t do much for my hair but they tasted amazing.

I ended up stopping once the gummy were finished as i couldn't take the taste anymore. But saw significant difference in my nail strength and my face/skin was a lot clearer while taking the gummies.

not sure if they work or not yet as only been taking them a week or so. But they taste so good! and I actually look forward to taking them, so for once I might actually stick to a supplement! Seems a really good brand, have bought other products from them to for my kids and they've all been great
