This light works great! We did a under cabinet direct wire install with the 9inch fixture over a small coffee bar in-between appliances. Install was fairly easy if you're good with basic electrical work. We already had the Smart Life App so connecting was easy too and the fixture popped right up and installed in short time. It's a nice touch being able to set the lighting to any color or keep it bright white and not need any overhead lighting when we're making our coffee in the morning. Timer settings nice too. The battery operated led puck lights we had were not that bright or as versatile (not to mention battery replacement when we forget to turn them off). We will probably be ordering more for under our other cabinets after we give this a go for a few weeks. Thanks!

They responded to the ticket and sent me a new light, no questions asked. It does appear they like 2.4GHz Wi-Fi over a combined Dual band setup but I can work with that.Bought 3 total. 2 - 24" and a 9". The 9 inch is not staying on the network. I reached out and entered a ticket.

I paid to have this hardwire installed. They finally came Thursday. I used it yesterday, today it does not work. The remote never worked properly, you had to have it up next to the light for it to work. Waste of money and I cannot return it.

I have purchased about 8 of these, some in series, all hardwired. Set up can be really fast, cumbersome or fail. I had one light that wouldn't connect to WiFi, and had it replaced for free no issue. Make sure you just set up the light before installing, so can return a dud if needed. They work awesome and as described once they are up and running. However, I decided to get two more...that's when the horror started. I've had to return both, one of them multiple times. For the third time in a row, they sent me one that not only didn't connect to WiFi, but also had been opened / returned by someone else. Perhaps they ran out of stock and hoping I just give up?

These lights work great and offer various options of color via remote control. Nice as under cabinet lighting. Can be direct wired, but must then be turned on via remote control , cell phone, Alexa and so forth. If you have under cabinet lighting that is turned on with a wall switch , then you may have some conflict with Losing the settings on the light when the light is operated via the switch. To get around it , do not use the wall switch (leave it in the “ON” position) and simply use Alexa voice commands or the remote that is provided. I recommend this product .

Thank you. It is very bright, has cool colors, dims low. However, the install takes time. Installing apps, signing up for apps, and pairing takes time, but it is worth it. Good luck. Ps. Works well with alexa firecube.

Modified review: I like the lighting features and the way you can control different colors and intensity by the app or remote control. However the first product I had received was so hard to install due to short connecting wires and poor screw pocket design. But according to manufacturer that was an old version. They sent me new update which was very much improved and was much easier to install it. My 4 stars review goes for the updated version if you end up to receive one of those updated products.
