I did however take them off the string and put them on a branch. I think the branch just adds a little more something to it than them being on a string. But was easy to do and fun to revamp into what my vision was. I do not understand why I have to keep the plastic on the back of the leafs, I would like to be able to remove those, so investigating that.

This is super high quality. You can very clearly see the care that went into making it. It's beautiful. Anyone that reads reviews has already been made aware that you need to keep the plastic on the back of the feathers so they stay in shape. I was really surprised by how big it is. That's on me for not paying attention to the description. It's not a problem, just changes where I can hang it. And it honestly just adds to the value. It's big and beautiful! And it came packaged really well. I was just really impressed with the care that went into it.

I didn’t have super high expectations of this product, I was just looking for something to cover a newly painted wall and I AM BLOWN AWAY with the quality and the design and detail! Must buy! So many earthtone colors you can hang this anywhere

I would have loved this if it didn’t have the shiny clear plastic protector on the back side. It has to be hung on a flat wall and didn’t work over my curtains as it flips to show the plastic back side

I removed some of the leaves to better match my room decoration. It was easy to do and I was very happy with the results
