The Last War” by Pravin Sawhney
The Last War” by Pravin Sawhney offers a critical analysis of India’s military strategy and preparedness. While I don’t fully agree with the author’s perspectives and find some biases, the book is a must-read for its thought-provoking insights and detailed examination of defense policies.

A very immersive and an informative read!!!
A great book written by the author, Pravin Sawhney. It's a must read for all Indians, especially if you're a true patriot and you care and if you're bothered about the welfare, safety, prosperity, progress, happiness, peace, stability, harmony and security of our country and our countrymen.

An interesting analysis of China’s military capability
Pravin Sawhney has a good knowledge of military technology, conventional or emerging, and in this book he has done a good comparison of India vs China in this aspect. He concludes China to have decades superiority over India and hence he believes that ongoing border dispute can lead to a war and it can be disastrous consequences for India. However, he seems to be anti Modi and pro Rahul and this reflects at many places in the book while discussing India military planning, for which I do not find any sound reason. Overall a good book on regional geopolitics.

Detailed book on the emerging landscape of wars
A very well-written book on the landscape of defence having taken a leap with the advent of AI and the accompanying informatization and intelligentization of warfare looking all too spooky. Liked the details. Though the jargon could have been better detangled. More proofreading is need to get the errors out.

A Voice In The Wilderness
Parvin Sawhney like Jawaharlal Nehru wants India to become great by following rational policies and realpolitik. Parvin Sawhney like Nehru is in a minority. The majority of his compatriots want India to become great by rediscovering the secrets of head transplantation , of moving at the speed of light in Vimans that move without fuel and without causing atmospheric pollution and as in olden days make weapons that burn or kill the enemy without any collateral damage. Nehru thought of IIT's and Research Institutes and ISRO, Sawhney thinks of informatized and digital warfare ,of autonomous weapons and cyber war, the majority of his compatriots put their faith in Agniveers. Agniveers would make India like their new role model Israel. The majority of Sawhney's compatriots are still bewildered and puzzled as to why a handpicked Israeli judge found "The Kashmir Files" vulgar.

Prescient
I have been following Mr Sawhney on Twitter and Youtube for a long time. He consistently makes accurate predictions about Indian military which sometimes appear counter- intuitive but turn out to be right over the course of time. For example, I was expecting a war between India and China in 2020 considering rapidly heightening tension between the two countries. Only Mr Sawhney stood out among the military analysts in boldly predicting with certainty that there won't be any such war in near future then.

Must read book!
I'm really fond of anything to do with tech and that too futuristic. This book has both and to add to that, it made total sense. It is a well researched and thoroughly vetted look at the future war games.Well done!!
