No extra elastic bands needed when you buy the correct wig cap size to begin. The cap is strong enough and has a little stretch.

My head is quite small…abt 21-22” and I was debating whether to buy S or MDecided on M because if it was bigger, then I can easily adjust it by sizing it down. I cannot do that for a small capIt came and I like the fit…not too tight and with a little bit of room.

I've not used these yet. They came quickly, were well packaged but seem a little small without as much stretch as I'd hoped for. I'll come back with an update once used.

Pleased with these lace wig bases, and also the free packet of 4 curved sewing needles too. My head measures 21 inch from nape of neck to front middle forehead and I got extra small, which is a snug perfect fit for me. I have natural very cropped hair though. Comfortable on and not scratchy around edges or ears. Really good value for money, I will buy again.

My daughter used 2 of these to make wigs for costumes and they were excellent. Adjustable headband built in.
