J1 Juniors for flat feet are more rigid than adult size j1 insoles and also come with a deeper heel cup to provide more control. Our patented 3-point design for flat feet corrects in all 3 areas of the foot: the heel, arch and forefoot. Most traditional OTC insoles correct ONLY in the arch alone and provide minimal support for the foot. The top cover of j1 insoles/j1 Juniors is made of EVA foam, which is a closed cell foam to resist bacteria and provide cushion.
