Perfect size for the stove top popcorn maker with the crank. Spot on salt, to oil to corn measurement and uses coconut oil just like the movie theaters do for the highest quality and best tasting popcorn. There was a scare back several years ago, a movie theater popcorn was compared to the fat content in six big mac sandwiches. Many went to using canola oil and others, but the coconut oil was no where near as bad as the fat found in a hamburger and cheese. Today many theaters have reverted back, and coconut oil is found to help not hurt bad cholesterol counts. It's still a good Idea to do in moderation, but you can't beat the good taste. Recommended for popcorn lovers who get tired of air poppers or micro bags.This is the real stuff guys, I'm now on my third order of this with the sample that came with the Whirley Pop machine. Perfect for use on a gas stove and the high quality corn and just the right mix of buttery coconut oil and salt. You can limit the salt a bit if you want, but it's really not overkill unless you're on a low salt diet. These are a bit expensive, it breaks down to about 3 bucks a batch. Made in the Whirley Pop on the stovetop, it shakes out to about 2 of the large bags of something like Pop Secret Microwave corn. The difference in the taste is very noticeable however, so if you really want an authentic movie night in front of your 60" TV, this does the trick. You won't find those Pop Secret bags with coconut oil, and they just don't taste the same. FYI, I've tried two other kinds with these combo packs available in the grocery or specialty stores, and this is by far the best.

I bought this as a gift for my Aunt. We have a Whirley Pop and use this popcorn exclusively. It is hands down the best popcorn you will ever eat! She loves her gift!

Originally I bought this as a gift. I was thanked profusely and this was requested again for a birthday gift. We'll I have a hand turn popcorn popper so I thought I'd give it a try. Great with the whirly pop. Cut it open, pour it all in, pops up in minutes. Big enough for 2 or 3 people though, would buy a pack half this size for myself if possible.

I have used the regular version of this. The best feature is the pre mix of oil, to popcorn, to butter seasoning, no more measuring. Good flavour like movie theaters. Cost for convience seems to have gone up.

I wasn't sure at first because when I got the pack the oil part was all hard. I contacted the seller and they responded within a day (on a weekend at that) and confirmed it was normal in the colder weather.I fired up the Whirlypop, added the mix ... took a little longer than usual as the oil took a bit to melt, but the end result was Awesome! I can't wait to make another bag.The only possibly issues are: Why add the BetaCarotene for colour (I'd be ok without it) and takes a little longer to clean the pan as the sugar melts into tiny dropplets on the pan .. nothing a little warm water won't fix.Overall love it!

Used this in our kettle popcorn maker lastnight. Used 2 packets and was delicious! The 2 packets was more than enough for my family. It is a bit salty, so possibly next time might reduce the salt a touch.

Excellent popcorn! I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but worth every penny.
