Love this bag!
Never been a backpack person but bought this for a trip overseas! I am hooked! Very well designed. Charging port a plus and came in very handy on our excursions! Very sturdy - zippers function well and are high quality. Lots of different compartments to hold a variety of items. I ditched my briefcase and now exclusively use this backpack for work ! Been using for just about a year now and no rips or tears! Great value!

Perfect size for me. My 16" laptop fits great as well as the laptop cooler. Seems to be good quality and looks good.

Slightly not like the picture
It's missing the smaller straps on the side but has a lot of rooms and compartments. I only bought it bc it was the only back pack with 2 straps on the side to help compress the bag when it's filled with a lot of stuff. I will update after I use it for my trip.

So far, so good. I like it. It's big and holds a lot of stuff. Watch out for the hanging straps though. They could get caught on an escalator, etc.
