Worked great for wagner cp130
Although the manufacturer recommendation for the wagner control pro 130 Is that this will not work and it is limited to a 515 this worked great for mine. I had problems in the past with it clogging up with smaller nozzles and this fixed that problem.

It's a spray tip
I bought this because both Wagner and Valspar recommended this size tip for using sealer/stain when applying to my patio wood. HOWEVER, after I ordered this tip I found another place where Valspar recommended another size tip (and it happened to be the one that came with the unit). I don't know what's going on between these idiots but they make money when you buy stuff from them so something seems shady.But that doesn't mean I should trash this tip. It arrived on time and I"m sure it works as advertised. I'm trying to decide on whether to return it or hold onto it for future use.

Always use the right tool for the produce you buy.
After buying a generic tool key for the Wagner Spray Gun that was need for stain, it did not work as retailer stated it would. Thank goodness that Amazon had the right tool key in stock needed to complete the job. Living in the northeast, we have to get things completed before the winter weather sets in and time was of the estates. I would recommend this key 100%.

The tip was not big enough
I spoke to a representative from Wagoner who advised me this tip would spray the paint I was using but it did not spray correctly. I ended up diluting the paint for this tip to work better but not great.

Get the right spray tip for the right product!!
Using a Wagner Sprayer Model 170 be sure you have the right spray tip to support the product you intend to use. The 517 tip easily handled the Flood Wood Stain product than the tip furnished with the sprayer. It's making the job much easier!!!

Works well for painting cabinets
I am using this tip for my Wagner control cart 170 airless sprayer to paint kitchen cabinets. Combined with Benjamin Moore primer and paint, I got a professional result on our 7-yr-old cabinets. The flow was consistent and is hard to over-spray with this tip.But the most important thing for cabinet spray painting is to apply prime and 3-4 layers of thin coat. It is worth the extra time and effort!
