Kickdown door stop-4inch Durable Door Holder

Bought this product to help keep the bathroom door in our basement propped open. For some reason it always wants to close and since there is no fan in the bathroom, this causes ventilation problems. This thing does the job and it even matches the hardware in our bathroom. We have a tile floor and this thing has a bit of rubber on the bottom so it has a nice grip. It was easy to install and even came in a few days before expected delivery date!

Ended up having to jerry Rug this because the rubber just slides on the floor instead of keeping the door open.

Easy to install. Does the job. A little hard to lower with foot, but I'm guessing will get easier with time.
