TO USE: -place your DefrostaBowls in shallow boiling water in your saucepan -place the lid on your saucepan and let steam for approx. 7 minutes(from frozen) -remove from heat and then place bowls on kitchen towel -stir your heated baby food puree and let stand for approx. 2 minutes You are now ready to feed baby and handle the bowl within moments as our DefrostaBowls do not hold the heat like metal or glass! DefrostaBowls are designed to fit perfectly in the palm of your hand for a comfortable feeding experience. DefrostaBowls are extremely soft which allows you the flexability to remove excess food from the feeding spoon. Once baby is ready to learn to feed themselves you can also turn your DefrostaBowl upside down and push in the bottom for a more sturdy feeding.
