Unbelievably good at clearing out sinuses. Offered me no respite from impulse control disorder like some others claim, but absolutely will clear your nose/throat/chest EVERY time with just 1 pill.The pills are fairly large but easy enough to swallow.Good value but keep the lid closed to avoid sulphur smell.
