Very happy
Great VFM. Very good & enjoyable exercise programs - different levels which is very helpful. Previously I just used dumb bells and did exercise programs designed around standard strength building but in the couple of weeks I have switched to using a kettlebell & using these programs I have already noticed a really positive difference in both my fitness level and shape of my abs and arms. Very happy.

As described as I am only on the beginner stage which is informative and as the instructor builds up your momentum and speed to get you fat burning not only that she gives you too versions of each task so you can either do the easier version or the more challenging version I also like that it does not make you feel that you have to go for the burn each session its about how you and your body feels this is a dvd that is not for the get quick but you aim for the long term . although yes it says lean in 14 yes you can but me I in this for the long term not just get lean and strong in nano seconds .

Ok where do I start? I have mixed feelings about kettlebells. Previously I was a Zumba and Hip hop abs fanatic and lost 24lbs. I realized my my skin was a little saggy, and my bum was as flat as a pancake so started to focus on defining and sculpturing exercises and henceforth stumbled upon kettlebells. I read extensively about kettlebells online and was amazed at the benefits so excitedly went out to get my kettlebells and purchased kettlercise Vol 1 & 2Now.......I thought it looked easy but man was I wrong! I thank God I had built up endurance from Hip Hop Abs and managed to get through the express program in kettlercise. I consider myself quite fit but after the program I could barely sit down on the loo or stoop down to pick up something because my body was totally sore which I believe is a good thing. kettlercise totally worked out muscles that I think were untouched by other exercises I,e the back of my thighs and my glutes.The reason I bought Lean in-14 although I didn't do much of kettlercise is because i found kettlercise a little out dated. The women too serious, the music uninspiring. Lean in 14 is definitely better. I started with the intermediate level and although I found Anuoska a little intimidating at first, now I am beginning to quite like her style. She is tough but full of fizz and encouraging. The women at the back are more cheerful then in kettlercise. The music not great but def better.The only thing is I'm so used to sweating hard like I did during Zumba and hip hop abs but I don't sweat as much with kettlebells. So I often wonder am I getting enough cardio and am I really burning that much fat. I Also miss sweating. It makes me really feel I have done something. Anyway I have read so much literature around KBs and it assures you do and although I miss sweating hard, what keeps me going is that all u need is 30 mins for a full body workout as opposed to Zumba...oh and also that they purport you lose 20 calories per minute. So I started the intermediate prog today for 2 Weeks and will update you after.

Do extra stretches
I'm currently still on the beginner dvd. I couldn't find anywhere that says how often to do them so I've been doing the beginner one a week. I've done it 5 days in a row and you do ache the day after so make sure you do extra leg stretches. I could hardly walk on one of the days so think I should have had a rest. I've since downloaded the plan from their website and you're supposed to alternate between beginner 1 and 2 for 2 weeks with a days rest in between. These are challenging for beginners but not too hard. I'm really enjoying it as makes me sweat loads and feel slightly slimmer. I will update once I've weighed and measured but I'm not following the diet plan as find it's too restrictive

This Kettlercise workout is not for me...
The item itself arrived within time period given. The case was broken in the inside. But DVDs in perfect condition. Good quality and sound.Regards the actual workouts:I'd read the reviews which were all very positive and hence ordered this DVD and the kettle bells.Only just started the workouts - beginners DVD 1 and 2. I find the pace a slow in comparison to other similar workouts I have done. The workouts - a little boring (a long warm up). The instructor not the most engaging. She does explain the exercises well but I would have liked for her to explain which areas are being worked. The background music adds nothing. As others suggested I had my own dance music playing in the background - an improvement!I have started off with a 2kg kettle bell as I wanted to get a feel for the exercises first, but I will increase the weight as not feeling it in my arms (I have used dumbbells before, but not frequently). However, legs - yes was sore the day after (but then I don't work the legs or stretch enough). I do however like the core workouts - after the first day felt it!Also (for the beginners workout at least) I would say you don't even need the kettle bells - a dumbbell would suffice.I will try the intermediate and advanced workouts (bought it so will finish it) but at the moment I can't say it's the best workout that I've done. I ordered Jillian Michaels' 'Shred it with weights' DVD too. Watched that and I do think that is going to be more my thing. Of course - that's my opinion. Others have rated the Kettlercise Lean in 14 it very highly. The choice is yours!

A must buy! Kettle bell workout that you won't find anywhere else
Wow! If you want that ache that you've missed then this workout will touch muscles you didn't know you had! Great set up with beginner options through to those more experienced!I've seen reviews about music! I stick mine on anyway, you only need to see them!I've collected workout DVDs over the years and this has got to be the most unique way to hit a kettlebell session.Great work team, I look forward to seeing more DVDs become available soon.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend this DVD! Great workout for at home, easy to follow and really works on all those problem areas! No music during the workout but I just put my playlist on in the background. You really feel like you have worked out after this dvd. Very impressed.
