This is a good bit of kit for making this specific pasta, but I had thought it was much bigger and made spaggetti! Tha answer is to check the dimensions ahich I didnt!

Beautiful design and material wise it has a very nice feel. It is a little smaller than what I expected but I think that it might be better this way for more convenient storage and handling.

Feels well made but experimented with various doughs and hydrations but always seems to stick a little and get caught in the grooves rather than releasing nicely. Could easily be user error though!
