I’ve been using the MaryRuth Organics Irish Sea Moss drops and they’ve totally become part of my daily routine. It tastes awful by itself, but the benefits is amazing so I deal with it. I just do one full squeeze of the dropper into my mouth once a day. I feel like it helps with my energy and digestion, and I love that it’s vegan, sugar-free, and super clean.
