I’m really not sure how this helps with stress/anxiety…but boy do I sleep like a baby when I take them! That alone is worth 5 stars to me!

I have a high stress job and at the end of the day, I chew two of these and it’s like a soft stretch. It helps me rest with ease and doesn’t make me feel hung over the next morning. It’s all natural and halal. The taste is great and non medicinal tasting. I’d recommend taking near bedtime and not during the day. It can relax you to the point of sleep. ( you’ll want to nap at work)😆. I subscribe to it because I like it so much. It’s not habit forming.

I took this twice, the third day I noticed I was extremely moody. I was fighting myself mentally to not be mad. Literally in a bad mood for no reason. When I did some digging I discovered Ashwagandha causes that in some individuals. I stopped taking it. It did help me sleep though I just didn’t like being angry.

These have a pleasant but not too strong taste. I suck on them because the tongue and bottom of the mouth are the quickest route in to the body’s bloodstream. By sucking on them I speed the benefits and I do not waste part or most of the gummy in stomach acid or in absorption by food or drink already in the stomach.I suggest, as with any supplement, that these be tried so a personal decision can be made. If they help, the price is acceptable; if they don’t help then little is wasted in buying one bottle.
