Great product and easy to use.

Not so easy to use
I received the product today and already tried it. It looks of good quality, nonetheless it is not very easy to use, as it has to be a hundred percent in contact with your skin, so in surfaces like the face it is very difficult to flash! It took me a long time to hardly flash the chin area.

It doesn't work on me, used a couple of times and has been in the hidden since then and it does work on me. Can I please have my money back?

It works! Maybe not as well as if hope but I definitely do see a difference.I'm dark and thicked haired so the idea candidate.Brought this one as its very cheap to see how well laser would work on my hair and I'm sure I'll get another more expensive one when this runs out.

Bad Quality
Product didn't work, not flashing and when I tried to use it straight away was over heating so never buy from here again, very bad Quality, missing instruction book inside , very poor product .

Better than expected
I have only used it once but so far I'm happy with the purchase. I use to have the £300 cordless Philips Lumea and was disappointed when I realized this was not cordless but I prefer it. The Lumea would go flat half way through and it didn't work when plugged in but with this you can carry on. The buttons on the Lumea were also poorly placed which meant you accidentally kept switching the machine off or changing the setting but that doesn't happen with this. It's easier to hold and maneuver. The Lumea did however last very long, I just hope this does too

It won't stop hair growth, even after a year.
I think my expectations of this product were too high. If you are looking for something to use on your legs only then it's okay, has slowed the rate of regrowth and I have a couple of bald patches. It hasn't done anything to the hair on the rest of my body.Personally, I think the product is okay. I am not disappointed in the price of the item for what it does, but I do feel it's a waste of time. It takes a long time to shave and then use the product, so I don't think it's worth it for that reason.
