Love all the boning, please offer in shorter length for short women!
This is theoretically the "best" waist trainer I've ever tried on, because of the many flexible boning strips (making it SOLID so there is no chance of it folding over on itself or creasing at the waistline while wearing, which has happened to me with less-rigid trainers). But like most trainers, this is too long for women with very short torsos, like me (I'm 5'3" but have a very short torso even for that height). The trainer works beautifully while I'm standing only. If I sit, it shoves my breasts unnaturally high and digs in painfully to the base of my breasts, while cutting into my hip-bones, & also forces me into a leaning-back posture. If it were just 1 or 2 inches shorter, it could work for short people! I've included a photo comparing its length to that of a trainer specifically for short people--there is about a 4-5 inch difference. That's too much, because the short one is slightly too short for me so there is ultra-squished back fat muffin-top between the trainer and bra. Why are the two options so extreme? Could we get a super-short 8" version, a med-short 10"-11" version, and then the regular "long" versions like this (which are about 13"-14", I think)??? That would help so much. :) The photos of the blue shirt are to urge caution while wearing trainers with hook and eye closures. I was shocked when I took off my Land's End layering tee--which was nearly brand-new--after wearing this trainer for a few hours and saw there were holes shredded through the shirt! Had to throw it in the trash! Maybe a person has to wear a cami over this type of trainers to protect knit shirts?? Never had this happen before!

Great Trainer
I sized down from the recommended sizing but it barely fit on the first set of clips. I got it on, and it makes me look great and offers amazing back support. It slips a little, but not very much.

I know I'm working on it lol) I based mine on the size chart and maybe I just dont have the arm strength to pull that bad boy together but it was too small for me
I am 5'3, 143lb and my waist is 31" (I know, I know I'm working on it lol) I based mine on the size chart and maybe I just dont have the arm strength to pull that bad boy together but it was too small for me. I was able to get two hooks. Because of the material there is hardly any stretch! Please keep that in mind. Order a size up I would say. I am sure it would have worked perfectly if it did fit. Also dont procastinate like me and let the return period pass, cause now I am stuck with it :)

Really runs small. Had to return for a larger size, but I can tell the quality and firmness is there. Can't wait to try one that fits. I will update my review one or two months after "training" my waist for a while to see if I get consistent results. I will be using this with Majestic Pure's "Hot Cream" that is supposed to accelerate the loss of fat, combined with the pressure of the waist trainer.

It’s not for everyone
Didn’t like this one. It’s too stiff and long. Not enough stretch to help it better mold to your body. Ironically I bought a different one with the same concept but made of more stretchy material on another site

Bought it as a gift for my girlfriend and it’s too long great quality but if you don’t have a long torso it will push your hips in too. Which kinda defeats the point.

I should have known better than to think that I'd fit into a small at only four months postpartum. Besides being unable to latch even one hook, I will still be buying the next size up, because the material is great, very sturdy and substantial, and I really think that it will help my posture.
