I've had some quality issues in the past purchasing cheaper pull up bars on Amazon. I chose this particular unit because the quality looked a bit better then some other options.I was happy when the pull up bar came on time. It was nicely packaged with clear installation instructions - extremely easy to assemble.In regards to the quality, I would recommend this for men and women looking for something a bit higher quality. I am not exactly a heavy guy, but this bar is sturdy and secure. The padding feels great on my hands.The bar looks a bit more interesting then some other I was looking at. I've attached a photo of the unit for reference.5 star product.

Once I got it installed correctly in the brackets, it held our weight and worked great. I am knocking off a star because the instructions to install are not clear. They don't show the parts you receive or the various ways you can install it. I would recommend the instructions be updated to clearly show the steps for proper installation and where the parts should go. Or perhaps you could include a video to show the best practices.

Love the product – I’ve been meaning to get a chin up bar for a while to have for my morning fitness routine. Finally got around to it and wanted something sturdy. Was initially attracted to this one because it looked like it would fit into a room without making it look like a college dorm room. Have had the bar for a few weeks now and am very into it. Main highlights- Sturdy – no concerns about it not bearing weight- Comfortable grip- Sleek design- Adjustable width so felt like I could mount it in several parts of the apartmentMake sure you know that you will need to use screws to mount this, but it’s a 10/10 bar. Highly recommended.

This came in a box with no instructions and missing side pieces for the end of the bar. It takes awhile to adjust the bars because you constantly have to spin it and it doesn’t even get anywhere. Worst thing I have ever ordered it took over a month to get to me also ..

The bar itself seems to be a good quality. However, I returned in immediately because it's advertised as being portable. They encourage you to take it on trips out of town and such, but it doesn't work without the braces that you have to screw into the door frame.

The bar was shipped very soon after ordering, with no delivery complications. I've been looking for a solid bar for home workouts and this one is perfect. The bar is really solid, it's high quality and definitely better than previous pull-up bars i've purchased in the past. The bar is pretty versatile, i've been able to incorporate tons of different exercises into my home workout. Out of the box, I had no trouble setting it up at all, instructions were clear and straight forward.Highly recommend!!

I was peleasantly surpirsed with the quality and simplicity of this pull up bar. The installation was simple, and straightforward.I’m an ex college football player, and was worried that this wasn’t going hold my 230 lb frame, but this more than exceeded my expectations in locking strength and overall durability.I was worried that the jacking mechanism wouldn’t hold as i did a few reps, but it stayed firmly in place during all of my workouts so far.Would gladly recommend to a friend.

The grip is too narrow no rubber in the ends so you have to lift on bare metal
