Got Screwed...
Love the vases. Having hard time putting them together. The 20cm screws are actually 19cm.Ordered a 250 mm screw that fitted perfectly. Tried to find your sales platform, but that seems a mystery too.Wife loves the vases, she ordered 10. Guess what? All the screws are less than 20cm. There is no way to properly fit all three pieces on to the base. Trying to order appropriate screws for vases we hope to use this weekend for her mother's 90th birthday party...Thanks!

Missing a part, how can I get it deliverer?
I am missing a small piece to do this trumpet flower, I’m trying to do a return but it doesn’t let me , it is a beautiful item but without the missing part it will not work,What can I do to get the missing parts?

No Washers Included
The directions and pictures included in instruction pamphlet show a washer is needed for assembly. The online picture only shows nuts. Now we have to go buy washers to assemble.
