Excellent Knives if you know what you are doing with them. NOT FOR NOVICES.
Very Very Good Knives. Please be careful with them. ONLY USE PLASTIC CHOPPING BOARDS, as they will seriously injure you if you mistreat them. Never use them on Glass chopping boards or on plates.

The knives are good but no plastic shesths for them so you have unprotected razor sharp knives in the draws very dangerous.

Super Sharp
Great Knife, Super Sharp.Wanted it to slice up lettuce without it turning brown, Would be better with a sheath to protect the blade, I put it in the bottom half of the box it came in, and luckily it still fits in my cutlery draw, I would HIGHLY recommend.

Blade broke cutting a carrot in half
Bought in August, fine & sharp until this morning. I was cutting a large raw carrot in half- the blade snapped- see photo.There does not seem to be any way of contacting the seller.
