These pots are wonderful and made very well and IF you follow ALL guidelines you have made an investment into your health. The first pot (larger one) was easy to season and cooks beautifully. Never had a problem cleaning and never an off smell. The more you cook in it the better it gets. The food REALLY DOES taste better using these earthenware beauties. I am so pleased with these pots, this little baby pot was delivered today and just like the last one packed very well. I love them and I think you will too!

It's a very very traditional...and use ful for our health

Yes it was a little more than I expected to spend, but after days of searching this was the best unglazed pot I found at the 1-1.5 L size. I made this purchase as I wanted a proper pot for yogurt counter storage as I will soon begin making my own. Item was packaged very well, and made it through the international trip without being scathed. A thorough set of seasoning, cleaning and usage instructions was included as well as a bag of ash for the initial cleaning. Very well crafted, many, many thanks to the artisan. Swadeshi Blessings was definitely worth the wait, will be keeping them in scope for future products.
