was not expecting this to be as good as it is feels great it fixed my poor form when i didnt know i had it haha easy to take out and switch positions supports my wieght and im 200 pounds you really can get a full effective workout worth every penny and super portable .

It is not a very big product, but it is compact and portable you can take it everywhere, easy to use, however the material looks a little weak as if it would break.

I saw a similiar product on Instagram, and came here to purchase this brand. Great value. The color coding for the different upper body parts is super helpful. And my push-up game has never been stronger. I used to do about 80-100 push ups a day "the old fashioned way" and, while fine, the strain on my wrists never was something I liked.The way the handles and grips position, I have better range of motion, am not tired out as easily, and can do more reps in my workout. I am now doing nearly double the amounts of push ups, and working different areas I've never had much success with (shoulders, back). These areas now get as much attention and in just 3 weeks, I'm already seeing a difference.Practice makes perfect. And perfect makes me want to do more.

The biggest issue with this is the cheap plastic handles. I feel like they are going to give out and break on me at any given time. It does provide a good chest workout with a lot of varying position options. I just wish the build quality was a bit better. But I guess you get what you pay for

Love this product! I never knew there were this many different ways to do pushups. They included a nice little workout guide for the 7-day workout cycle. Comes with pads for the boot on of it so you don’t slide all over a floor.

Like how the grips are balanced on both sides, the variation and ability to set in multiple positions. Small and compact, easy to travel with.
