I tested this water filter against some water from faucet and another water filter , the ph did not seem to get higher. Water tasted way better, chlorine smell is gone.

don't over fill water past the level where top handle connections to filter , it may leak down the handle and onto floor !( or make sure it's below this level before moving pitcher out of sink after refill....other wise it's great!

I’ve always said that I can taste “city water” no matter how you try to disguise it. I love the taste of PH water but, 1) buying bottles can be super expensive, and 2) plastic bottles, although crisp and tasty water, leaves me feeling guilty for using plastic because we should all do our part for the environment. All this to say, the taste is amazing! I cannot believe that this water came from my sink and 60+ year old pipes. I’ll recommend this to everyone!

Is it just me or others also think that the taste of water is weird? I have a water bottle filter of this brand as well and the taste of that water is just great, but filtered water using this pitcher tastes weirdly…

Just checked the pH of the purified water and it measured 9.44. I bought the unit, because, I hate buying all those plastic bottles.

I have two at my house and just bought another for my boyfriends house. They make the worst tasting water taste great!!

I just got this thing a week ago so I don't know about longevity. I've owned at least 7 different water pitchers and this one definitely makes the best tasting water...plus it supposedly also makes the water alkaline. I haven't tested the ph yet, but it sure does taste like store bought alkaline water...I just hope the filters last as long as they say they do. I once had a pitcher that made water taste almost as good as this one, but the filters were very expensive and only lasted around 3 weeks and then the water would suddenly taste horrible...I'm just hoping that doesn't happen with this one. So far, I love this thing and the great tasting water it makes. My one little complaint would that the filter was a little difficult to get to seal; the first time I put it in, I noticed the water was leaking down the side and took a little effort to get in there tight enough to seal.
