An update for final review! ATTENTION SHOPPERS, REVIEW UPDATE NOW!!!
UPDATED REVIEW 11/27/23: The seller reached out to me & was very nice enough to offer a full refund & keep the dvd player. The seller apologized for this mistake. I will be purchasing again from this seller knowing how they make sure customers are satisfied with their purchase. I wish a lot of sellers was this passionate about customer service. So what are you waiting for, purchase your portable DVD player from this seller today! A company Guaranteed to stand by their policy! I was excited to receive my portable DVD player. It was well packaged. The box was a little bent around the corners but not terribly bad. Before going any further I will say that I like this little portable DVD player🤗. Now here’s my FIRST REVIEW: So I opened the box & checked to see if everything that says it come with was there & it was but…I found 3 things WRONG while investigating it to see if it works. (1)WRONG CABLE CORD: It doesn’t allow you to connect to your tv like it says. I have two different televisions by Vizio & the cord does not work on either of them! (2)NO VIDEO SETUP PAGE: when trying to set up under the video reel icon it tells you to go to “setup page”, it doesn’t have a setup page. Also there’s a tv option underneath that says tv for you to setup, doesn’t work. It won’t let you highlight or click on it. (3)CHARGE PLUG DAMAGED & DANGETOUS: there was something loose in the charger cord that sounded like a small screw or a broken possible piece of melted plastic & what do you know, it was a small piece of melted plastic that looked like it was chipped off from inside of the edge of cord box. The charger cord gets extremely overheated quickly which I do not feel safe with using @ all! I do not want to go through the hassle of returning it so I will reach out to the seller to see what they are willing to do about these issues. Until then, stay tuned for an update.

Unable to use without the remote. Super slow
If your DVD has a menu there is no way to choose play unless you use the remote.Super Slow loading.Poor quality picture.I do not recommend.

Meh.
Won’t play random DVDs that will play on other devices. Sometimes won’t advance to movie from all the different language warning screens. Always have to choose no subtitles. Would not recommend.
