I was originally taking a diet formula, but when I ran out I noticed that the primary ingredient in it was white kidney bean extract. So instead of getting that, I got this because it was way cheaper. I have been taking it with apple cider vinegar and coconut oil (MCT) for about a month now. I wish I had started sooner! Alongside the vinegar and coconut oil/MCT, this is a perfect weight loss regimen. I've been dropping 2 to 3 lbs a week. Try it!

Received an expired product that cannot be returned - what a waste of money. If only it was possible to give zero stars. I had good experience with this product previously, very disappointing to see I chose to the wrong product this time.

I have been using white kidney been extract for a number of years now. I am diabetic, but I love bread. This reduces the carb load, and I am able to keep my diabetes under good control. (DOES NOT WORK FOR SUGAR!!!!!!!) Previous products I have used were hard caplets, and took 1/2 hour or more to work, so you had to anticipate whaen you were going to eat cabs. These capsules can be taken immediately with your food - no waiting time! A definite plus+++++
