Great bands for the price!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these bands because I had rotator cuff surgery. They were muchc cheaper than the official doctor recommended ones. They come in a great selection of resistance and work well. I am only up to the middle one for now.Length:They are plenty long enough to step on and use both arms to provide a good workout. Quality:Even though they were less expensive, they are strong and work great!

Great for Physical Therapy
I have severe back issues. I have Scoliosis. Advanced Ankylosing Spondylitis, Advanced Degenerative Disc Disease, to name a few. My spine is curved 65 degrees.I went through a wonderful Physical Therapy program! I do my stretches at home now and these bands work perfectly.

Convenience and effective
I have used similar bands in the past. I like being able to use anywhere in my home or when on a trip. I like the ability to strengthen various muscle groups. added convenience of using while standing, sitting or lying down.
