Liked the product very much, the tea bags have a very distinctive flavour would recommend.

Well, it was supposed to kill blood sugar.

Been waking even more than normal at 3am recently. Did some research and it was suggested that the waking could be down to blood sugar levels. The article said Guava leaf tea could possibly be of help (the alternative to the tea was a teaspoon raw honey as it takes longer to digest). Guava came up on amazon but so did this tea and with good reviews I decided to give it a go. It only arrived today but weirdly I took some at 2pm and have not been hungry or had low blood sugar since! This is very unlike me and can only think that this tea could be working. Little unfair on the product to test now as not had dinner (just didn’t feel like eating) so could well end up waking at 3am again. Will see how overnight goes but wanted to report this happening already.Update: well my appetite returned to normal next day so no suppression there. However, I do think it helped with maintaining my blood sugar levels (I should mentioned I do not have diabetes but can get shaky when too hungry especially when hormonal!) The box went in the bucket after one single use! The taste was quite vile.Not at all impressed.

Tea tastes okay and does the trick.
