Quint Measuring Systems Folding Square, 6 by 24-Inch

I was recently informed by an experienced quilter that each border added to a quilt should be squared up to ensure that the completed project is square. She introduced me to folding square quilting ruler and the principal behind squaring each border added to my quilt. Being a frugal person, I tried using a "carpenter's square" to straighten the borders of my next project. It worked, however, it was clunky and not being able to see through the square was a disadvantage. Thus, I purchased the "Quint Measuring Systems Folding Square" quilting ruler. Being able to see through the ruler to the quilt below is sooo much better that using the "carpenter's square"! I am pleased that I have invested in this ruler.
