Alumaxx - 45114 TAURUS - attache case briefcase, aluminium, silver

This is a very good replacement for my existing briefcase that has lasted ten years. If this lasts as long it will see me out to my retirement. The depth of the case is what drew me to it as I carry my lunch to work. The fact it has no writing slope was also a plus. Been metal makes it very rugged provided you don’t mind dents and scratches. Have noticed that the aluminium has been colour lacquered as I have managed to scratch the bottom of the case.

Having had this for quite some time and using it on a daily basis I highly recommend this briefcase. It is of strong build, looks great, locks work fine. I am very pleased with it.

Good depth to the briefcase. It holds all that I need it to hold. Seems to be good quality all round.

I bought this to replace a previous case which was a cheaper model. Spending a little bit extra means that the sides are made from metal and the handle feels more sturdy. The case came wrapped in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box which did not seem to offer much in the way of protection. Mine was a "warehouse deal" as it had 2 deep scratches from something which had gone through the packaging. I am fine with this, as I am sure I will add some scratches of my own in time. Lid pockets are great and the brackets hold the lid in position well.

Absolutely delighted with both the quality and value for money !!! . I have only had the case for a coupleof days, but am delighted with the quality and finish. I was a little surprised at the size, it is a bit larger thanexpected,but fine I will soon manage to fill it. Just one minor niggle the supports that hold the lid open area bit fiddly and stiff, but do not let this deter you as i am sure they will ease off.If you need a well made andsturdy case at a very reasonable price this is the one for you !..

Not that well built( robust )

I bought this after getting fed up with having to replace leather look briefcases which quickly became damaged & torn. This case looks like it will last a lifetime.
