These pills are easy to swallow.good value for money.no weird taste.

I ordered this in March 2024 and it came safety-sealed with a manufacturing date of April 2023 and an expiration date of March 2025. All the pertinent information on the label is in very tiny print, so make sure you have your strongest glasses on to read anything.The manufacturer says it is organic, non-GMO, and made in a GMP facility. There is some leakage of turmeric in the bottle. The cap is not childproof and easy to open and close.I have taken the whole bottle without any ill effects. At $20 per month, I think there are better options.As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

The plastic bottle contains a 30 day supply of 1590 mg of Turmeric extract and 10mg of black pepper extract. Black pepper is often in combination with turmeric as it increases the amount the body can absorb the turmeric.I take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening as directed on the bottle.The ingredients are source with transparency & traceability. They are organic, and also the contents are preservative, chemical, artificial color and flavor free.Generally I look for supplements made in the USA, unless the herbs are Ayurvedic, in which case supplements made in India are very good quality.I am very happy with the quality of this product!

These are cool. Easy to swallow. No flavor. The ingredients are good for your health. The only annoying thing is that the pills are coated with a thin layer of turmeric. So every time I took pills out to take, my fingers ended up being yellow and it stayed for hours, staining surfaces along the way.

I try to take turmeric or curcumin regularly, whether it be by capsule or seasoning my food with it. I also add black pepper to my food as it aids in the absorption of the curcumin. This supplement contains both black pepper and turmeric extract, which is nice. The only "other ingredient" listed is Hydroxypropyl methylcelllose (HPMC) capsules shell. I am not sure how this type of capsule compares to others. This seems to be a high-quality product and I am happy with it.Additional notes:-The capsules do not have any adverse taste or smell, and they are average in size and easy to swallow.-You may get some orange on your fingers from the turmeric in the capsules, but you can just rinse it off.-The container looks nice and is easy to open and close, but please note that there is no child-proof safety cap.-GMO-Free label is on the container.-Country of Origin- India.-My batch was manufactured in 4/2023 and expires in 3/2025.-Per bottle, it's recommended to take one capsule twice a day, preferably after meals or as directed. For better results, take with lukewarm water or milk.

This is a 30-day supply if you take the suggested dose of two a day.I am hesitant to order supplements on Amazon on products that do not display their ingredients and milligrams or at least the back of the bottle that provides that information.There are many reasons that this is important; one of which is this item is not returnable so if you suddenly have an ingredient that you didn't know was contained in a product until you receive it and it's not something you could take, then you're out some money - which is not okay! You should not have to rely on reviewer's photos to find out the ingredients and the milligrams of a product.The conflicting information on the product listing page photo is that it indicates to take before meals with warm water and on the bottle it indicates to take with meals with warm water - so which is it?The second most important thing under product information (at the bottom of the page) is item details and that it may have another ingredient. It lists favor and a special ingredient: Ashwagandha. This ingredient is often used to boost energy and it has that information also in the item details. You have to know what's in a supplement to be able to do your own research to know if it's right for you.I gave it one star because I'm not sure what the ingredients actually are, it does list 95% of the main ingredient but I don't know if it's 95% of the root and the other 5% is Ashwagandha. This is not a supplement I would take because of the lack of confidence in the product. Maybe this will all be corrected by my time review is posted and read.

At the time of this review, this product is priced at $20.00. I gave this product 2 stars since there is literally almost NO information about the contents inside the bottle if you do not purchase the product. You only know it is “Turmeric Curcumin with Piperine” and “60 Vegetarian Capsules,” thats it. No serving size, mg dosage in each capsule, no other ingredients, and also online it says “Special Ingredients: Ashwagandha,” but no where to be found on the bottle.The only time you know what you are really getting is when you purchase the product. Once you purchase the product, the label states 2 capsules as a serving size, 30 servings per container, Amount per serving: Tumeric Extract (Curcuma longa) (Root) (95% Curcuminoids) 1590mg; Black Pepper Extract (Piper Nigram) (Fruit) (95% Piperine) 10mg. Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules shell. Again, NO where anything about Ashwagandha, like if this “special ingredient” is “special” because it’s somewhere hidden or maybe not even there, who knows.Amount of mg per serving is great, color is bright yellow, and taste well, other than that just not at all transparent labeling for me so 2 stars.
