Bought for husband who has had trouble sleeping and tried everything even sleeping pills, to no avail.Second night of taking these and wham! Great nights sleep at lastAs everyone is different may work for some and not others But deffinately worth a try.

Slept like a can! I've used the Puressentiel Rest and Relax Food supplement alongside with their Rest and Relax Air Spray. I could sleep better straight away and it's nice to have a natural solution, as there is no second side effect to expect. I used to take sleeping pills which were prescribed and always made me dozy. I'm so happy to have found a natural solution to help me sleep on the long term.

These were pretty useless for me, don’t quite understand why.... cos I followed the instructions on the packet!! Maybe they’ll work better for someone else, but not for me, unfortunately. Sorry, but it seems I wasted my money on these, would probably be better off paying a bit more for the Bach flower remedies than these!

As a severe insomniac I bought the full range, gel.spray and tablets. I have never slept so well.highly, highly recommend.

These aromatherapy tablets are excellent quality, unfortunately they upset my sensitive tum so I was unable to take them regularly

I really like these natural capsules, which are free of valerian. They definitely help me fall asleep. I find just one a night helps.
