The wax itself is good quality, however, the Wax Cartridges are defective and drop the wax when you try to roll it on the body.It shall be just this lot as I have been using it for some time and had no issues with the product, but I would report the problem, which can be assessed by the seller and manufacturing company.

This is my regular purchase as I love waxing. Doesn’t damage skin and definitely removes all hair in one go

Not sent properly. Almost all of them were leaking. I will have to do the painful job of cleaning up before storing them upright . Disappointed :(

cheap and simple product for personal use however i wouldnt recommend it for professional use. You'll find yourself using double the amount in one appointment and more time trying to remove the actual wax because it dries far too quickly and it doesn't give you time to place the paper strip down and pull effectively.
