Chestnut Honey has a strong and piercing scent as the taste, that is pungent at the beginning, then more bitter; it is rich in mineral salts. The color varies between amber and almost black, depending on the production zones. It is perfect with Ricotta, Pecorino cheese, Grana Padano and the typical cheese of piemonte region called Castelmagno. The Organic Chestnut honey Brezzo is certified by "Bioagricert".
