This is a great exercise ball, especially for targeting your thighs. It was easy to inflate and it holds air really well without going too soft. Just what I needed.
I wanted a ball for my home ab work outs and this is perfect. It took me less than 10 seconds to inflate and is nice and dense. It retains its shape and the plug fits nice and snug so there’s no leakage. For what it costs, it doesn’t feel cheaply made at all.

Sticky ball
The size and shape of the ball are fine. However anything the ball touches sticks to it and has the potential of removing the surface when pulled away. The ball has left a mark on my wood chair and pulled the paint from my wall when I left it sitting for a day.
