An interesting gizmo to say the least. I use it while I drive and I drive for a living. Learning to lightly coat it with water was the first learning curve because if you have too much moisture you’ll get fried on the higher settings. It certainly contracts your abs not so much on the obliques but this device does function and it is good for about 5-6 sessions before you can notice a loss of power. As far as fat melting off me I’m not quite sure. It has been roughly two months using it anywheres from 4-6 times a day 4-5 days a week jacked to the max. Burning fat takes time. I workout 5-6 days a week and spin bike everyday for 32 minutes I suppose since I have been using this product the muscle on the upper ab area is a little more defined but the lower two abs still have a cushion. Again burning fat takes time so with that said I think this product is helping along with everything else I am doing to stay fit and healthy. You’re certainly not going to get a killer six-pack while sinking into the couch with a bag of Doritos some fried chicken and a can soda with this thing going to town on you, but I think it works but it has its limits.

This item is a nice supplement to my core workouts and I think that it has helped to enhance my ab muscles. I like the fact that I can wear it while I work out, or just put it on and get stuff done around the house. It is extremely easy to use and the charge is long lasting. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was uncertain if this belt would actually work, but after weeks of giving it a constant chance, I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. This belt is WELL worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to tighten up their core. It's a tremendous value, with amazing results to boot. Five Stars!

I've used it many cycles now right out of the box without charging it, so right away it seems that the battery life is pretty good.I like how there are multiple modes/ab workouts which each has adjustable intensity.When I use it it definitely "hits" you lol in a good way though. I feel like this is good if you are trying to activate your abs and have trouble doing so otherwise.Make sure before you use the belt to spray some water on the pads using the included spray bottle so it works the way it was intended to.

I charged it but, it does not seem to hold a charge for very long. Maybe 1-2 uses.Just started using it today so we shall see if there is any results. It is easy to use but for the money, I wish it held a charge longer.

Highly recommend. Feels great on my low back after a long day! This is 10x better than a little tens unit from a store.

I've been using this for about 2 months now, and I love it! My favorite setting is on the third setting set to the highest intensity. It really feels like I'm getting the workout I need when I'm too tired to go to the gym. I've even turned the belt around to use on my back and it did pretty well. It has the best results when first putting on some kind of conduent gel or cream. The quality of the belt is very well made, and the muscle stimulator really works on your muscles better than any other ab product I've ever tried. Would definitely recommend!

UPDATE: I have used this product 2 to 3 times a day for about 4 weeks now. It takes time to see results, but I do believe my core is tightening. I will continue to use it to see more results. I believe the seller should give at least two months to assess the product with a chance to return the item.The machine turns off by itself because that is the amount of time suggested for use on each session, I do believe.I said I would return this item if it doesn't work. It hasn't done anything so far, but in reading the reviews I see many people are using it two to three times a day where I am only using it once. I don't think one month is enough time to adequately review this item before returning it. I've got 6 days to make up my mind.It is fairly easy to use. Only problem I have is getting is secured in the back. The machine tends to turn off by itself and I have not figured that one out. I do turn it up as far as I can stand, usually 6 or 7.
