The media could not be loaded.  It’s instant heat, and so quiet I literally can’t even hear it. I love that it turns off as soon as the room temp reaches 100*F, and clicks back on when the room drops down to 95*F It’s super easy to install and the screw holes even have ridges to help you find your alignment when mounting which was super helpful. The hardware included is perfect. I personally used this heater for a chicken coop. After reading horror stories about coops burning down from malfunctioning or overheating heat lamps, I opted for the built in safety feature. And although the coop has openings all throughout; the upstairs’ still manages to reach 100*F in minutes. And this is all in the “Low” setting. The heater includes a 365 day warranty card. As for the shipping, It came the very next day after ordering. Overall so satisfied, I’m actually leaving this review out of gratitude. I never leave reviews but thought this one deserved one.

I purchased this dog heater two months ago. We have had several nights of below freezing temperatures. I was skeptical with the reviews but decided to give it a try. The heater works nicely. The negative about it is the temperature control.....there is none. I have seen my heater as high as 102 but it is in the dog's house and they appear comfortable with that temperature when the nights are below freezing. I know some of the warm air is escaping through the opening of the dog house so I don't worry about it getting too warm for them. I usually turn it off when the temps get above freezing so it's not running all the time. I have noticed lately that it is now making a slight noise when I turn it on but appears to still be heating and the dogs don't seem worried or aggravated with the noise. I am happy to finally have something to make me feel better about my dogs having warmth when it's cold due to them being outside full time. I installed it myself since my husband had just had shoulder surgery and it was easy enough for me to install. The dogs can't get to the cord but it does have a metal springy casing in the event they could get to the cord. The on/off switch does appear to be weather proof however we have had a lot of rain so I used a grocery bag to protect the switch. Once the below freezing temps are over for the season, I plan to use a cord protector to protect from elements until I need to use it again. Hope this review helps. Sorry it was kinda long.

The switch on the pet heater stopped working after 5 months. The off button is stuck and won’t turn off unless you hold it but otherwise the heater works fine. I ended up buying a new one since I did not want my outside cat to be cold at night. I contacted Chtoocy customer service, sent them a video, and they are willing to give me a full refund. Thank you for being responsive.

This heater is perfect. It's not too hot, yet just the right temperature to warm the floor around my Yorkie's bed, which tends to get cold during the winter months. There was no need for me to mount it, but I can tell that the mounting hardware was durable and would be easy to install on a wall. Customer service reached out to me after I received the item just to check to make sure shipping was ok. Highly recommend.

Purchase this intended to use for my animals but boy is it small. I don’t think it ever heated my small room where I keep them. Really feels like it only heats what ever is directly in front of it. Had to return. Nice little heater but not for what its described.

Well made, not hot to touch, reasonable noise level, fantastic mounting kit. However i was hoping it would be enough for a 5x8 room almost around 50 degrees when outside temp below 30’s but it is not. Directly warms area about a foot by a foot, 2-2.5 feet away. Can aim it toward animals cushion (without getting dangerously hot), but still looking for something else for low temp days. Does keep room around 55-60 when in low 40’s, so if that is your range, you'll be fine. Wish they would make something a bit bigger, which i would be willing to try.

Very cheaply made in China product . Heater is very tiny and no thermostat. Returned and would not recommend

I keep it hung up in my chicken run for when temps get very low. It was -12 outside and this baby kept my (winterproofed) run around 10 degrees to give the chickens some relief/ warmth.The cord is also super sturdy, it comes with metal hooks so it is easily hang-able, and it’s relatively light in weight.
