portable but strong for travel
We had to travel and pick up a set of clubs but didn't want to pay for our hard case to travel there empty. This portable case fit in our luggage and we used it easily over the clubs and bag. We did use towels to protect the heads. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

It did the job I needed it to
I shipped some clubs to a friend and needed a low cost bag and of good quality. This one did the job! Recommend getting the adjustable pole you place inside for added measure.

Good value for a great travel bag for golf clubs!
I have a few OutdoorMaster products (this is the first one for golf though). They are all great and this is no exception.I am replacing another soft bag that I've had for 10+ years and I feel like this one will likely last me about the same. From wear and tear over time my old bag has a couple small holes/tears so I figured it was about time. Along with that bag I always use a BagBoy BackBone and I wrap the club heads in a jacket or other clothes and I have never had any issues (knock on wood). My clubs are OK they aren't thousands of dollars and I only play out of town once or twice a per year. Because of this I just can't justify spending the money on a high end bag, but at the same time I still want something that works and will last- and this bag is both of those. This bag is made out of thick, good quality material, with some strategically placed padding- just enough for some added protection but just little enough that it is still somewhat lightweight and folds down so it can be put into a bin in my garage for the 360 days a year that I am not golfing out of town. The straps are thick, the handle is sturdy, and the wheels roll smoothly. There aren't any pockets but I wouldn't care for them anyway (my old bag has some and I never used them). Rather than pockets, I'd rather just use the big pockets on my golf bag for my gear (like I do on the course) and if I want to pack clothes in the bag there is plenty of room to put a bunch in around my golf bag and club heads, which will add some protection as well.I highly recommend this travel golf bag and at a price of under 60 bucks it is a great value.

size length not adequate
My golf bag barely fit (needed to squeeze into) the carrier!

Good, solid travel case for golf clubs, at a reasonable price
I got this for my son and daughter who have recently taken up golf, and whom the golf bug has well and truly bitten! 😁 My daughter has tried it out with her clubs and they fit fine and securely. The wheels on the bottom of the travel bag make it easy to transport, even on my daughter's gravel driveway! As long as other people handle the travel bag carefully, as they ought to anyway, your clubs will be safe and sound upon your arrival at your destination, whether you're traveling by airplane, train or bus. I should note: that's ALWAYS a big 'if.'The travel bag has room for your clubs as well as your range finder, ball retriever, a generous number of golf balls, and miscellaneous greens tools, towel and ball markers! You can be confident you have all your golf equipment -- with the possible exception of your shoes -- all in one piece of luggage! When you've come home after travelling with it, the bag folds up to a much smaller size, so you can easily store it away without it taking up much space. Nice! The bag is NOT expensive relative to others, so it doesn't have a lot of frills that others might have. Things like greater padding, or even a hard shell. But, again, if people exercise appropriate care in transporting it -- as they ought to do anyway -- your clubs and equipment will be just fine at the end of your trip.Recommended!

Nice enough for the price point
If you do an extensive amount of traveling with your clubs, you may want to spring for a more expensive bag but this one will do the job for infrequent flyers. The positives:- It's nice that there are straps inside to try to stabilize your clubs and keep them from slopping around. There is also a wide Velcro strap that lets you stabilize them even more.- The fabric feels sturdy enough and likely will take a bit of ware under typical circumstances.- It has wheels so it's easy to pull through an airport versus having to use shoulder straps to carry itThe mild cons:- This is supposed to have "extra" padding. Perhaps its just my interpretation of "extra" but this bag only seems to have average padding.- It will fold back up, but you have to work at it.
