This is my little back-up note book. Always in my handbag. Good for shopping or just taking notes with the little pen attached. I love it.

The pen is lovely to write with. The elastic that holds the pen broke immediately but I’m not bothered. It’s got loads of pages and very handy for my notes in my lab coat pocket.

It's not big at all😀 however, am using it as a reference point and it's great!I have written concise & accurate information on Vitamins & Minerals, the top 10 foods within each Vitamin, and all benefits of B Vit. Complex. Also added Frequency Following Response during sleep brain waves, and what happens to us if we produce too much or too little of them. Great small book I have at hand for ultra interesting info I find during my research.Yes! I would recommend it, am sure others might want it for quick notes ie shopping notes, important messages or even jot down Dreams before forgetting.
