Bought this for my small sitting area. It is nice and blends in with the other decor. I like the door where I can store things and no one sees what's behind the door! I am short on storage.

This is a super sturdy easy to put together end table. The pieces in our kit fit together perfectly. Its very sturdy when assembled and looks great. We got the darker colored one. I would highly recommend it, its definitely worth the money. On a side note, there were two of us 'interpreting' the directions and working it all out. Not sure how easy it would have been if only one of us was working on it. One other thing, when installing the door we found if we tipped it up a little instead of laying it flat the screw holes lined up perfectly.

We've all been burned with flat packed online furniture in the past. I was fully skeptical that this would be half sized, held together by 1/2 in screws and made of cardboard. That's not true at all. This is a high quality small nightstand, well worth the cost.This is not a solid wood piece of furniture, I'm not implying that this is... go to a high end furniture store if you're looking for solid wood furniture and you might find that.Usually low priced flat packed furniture is made of medium density fiberboard with a wood grain sticker, not so with this nightstand. It is immediately obvious when opening this box the quality and weight difference. This is made of a high density chip board with a decent veneer.This is a bit small, acceptable for a guest room or child's room. The height is perfect next to a 14 inch or smaller mattress strait on a platform with no box spring. It would probably be a bit too short next to a large mattress, box spring and frame combo.The hardware is all furniture quality. Instead of cheap screws, T-nuts, or pin nails, the majority of the framing is held by high quality cam lock barrels. These provide a very solid connection while being extremely easy to build. Most surprisingly are the fully adjustable soft close hidden cabinet hinges. All the pilot holes line up perfectly and the instructions were easy enough to follow. Some kind of driver - electric screw driver or drill on a low torque setting - will greatly ease construction.The only downside to this is the leather strap handle. It might look a little rustic in the photos, but it doesn't look very nice in person. The good news is that the existing drilled holes for this strap fit a spare cabinet handle I had lying around perfectly. If you measure the hole distance first, you'll be able to be able to easily find a replacement handle at your local hardware store.

I was lucky with this one (maybe because of my experience building stuff like these), the concealed hinges (which are not easy to install when you build from scratch) fell perfectly in place and the door attached perfectly lined up without making any adjustment. I did not tighten the screws until all of them were started. So they really did a great job at the manufacturing shop! I only used two of my Phillips screwdrivers (2 sizes) to assemble this nice end table. Even hammered the plastic gliders to the bottom of the legs with the screwdriver handle. Very easy to assemble while following the manual. Just pay special attention to the orientation of the shelves, the side with no laminate and the sides with the thin chanel cuts (to slide the back cover) all must be at the back. Once assembled, you got a beautiful piece of decor furniture that while is not made of real solid wood, still looks beautiful enough and is sturdy. It looks exactly like in the vendor's description pictures. I was tempted to slash a star because of the fake leather strap used as a handle (would have preferred a metal handle), but it actually does not look too bad.

The media could not be loaded. Save your nerves and time by paying for an expert assembly. If you do so - I doubt this drawer would be worth buying. First of all, this drawer is made of low-quality pressed sawdust. It is similar to the furniture from Ikea, but in Ikea products, you won't see the sawdust just because it is covered with plastic everywhere. This piece of furniture is not, however. The instructions are very clear, but the process would take a very long. I had trouble installing the door since there were no holes for the crews and I had to drill them. I wouldn't recommend getting this piece of furniture for those inexperienced in assembly.The furniture itself may look nice, but its guts are of poor quality.

It looks really good after assembling it but it did took me a couple hours. I also made the mistake of forgetting to put the wood tabs in so I had to take it apart half way through to add those in. Overall its quite sturdy and the washed wood color goes with a lot of the modern hard wood floor decor so that you can really put it anywhere in the house that you desire.
