Product needs improved, but customer service is great! These bags are durable and worked well for about 2 months - then the rigid sealing strips began to crack, which makes the bags useless. I used cooking oil as lubricant so the strips would slide well, and it really helped until it didn’t. I contacted customer service and the DO stand behind their products. They refunded my purchase even though it is outside of the Amazon return period and they thanked me for my feedback. At their request, I sent them photos of the cracked sealing sliders so they could see the problem. I hope they can fix the issue with the hard plastic sealing strips, because the bags rock!I have another brand that does not have this problem, but they don’t come as large as these. Haven’t used them yet but rating them poorly for how they arrived. I took them out of the package to wash before using and all 3 bags were stuck to themselves. I gently but firmly tried to pull them apart while I washed the inside. I was able to get 2 of them unstuck finally but the 3rd one wasn’t so lucky. You can see the circles where it is like they are stuck with glue. Definitely not happy with this product

I bought this brand of silicone bags when I saw the brand I normally use was sold out. I thought this would be the same, or at least very similar. However, I really wasn't happy with this brand. The bottom of the bag sticks to the sides when closed and I tore a hole in the bag trying to pry it apart so I could make it stand up to put food in. I'm really unhappy with this purchase.

I hate the idea of throwing away plastic bags and having the chemicals leach into food. These bags fix both of those problems! Food grade silicone means reusable and green friendly. awesome product

Although I love the concept this particular brand is difficult to use. The silicone tracks seem to be too thick for the plastic closure. One cracked on the first use, and the other on the second. The others I bought were much easier to use and closed better.

"Silly" bags are the words I would like to describe this product. It took me over 15 minutes to get the top sliding thing off. One of the loops on one bag ripped off. Then when I tried to open them completely, the sides stuck together. I still have one in the sink with soapy water still waiting for it to open all the way. Maybe they were sitting under a 1 ton elephant or something?? As for keeping food fresh, I have no idea. Right now I am the point of throwing them away or returning them. Not a good idea for those with physical dexterity problems.

I was looking forward to these bags. Looks like they stand up easily. They stand up but don't open up wide to fill. It's very hard to get the 'slider' closure on and off. The worst was one side looked like it had been glued. When I opened the bag it instantly opened to a big rip where the 'glue' spot was. Sent them back immediately.
