Recommended by physical therapist. My shoulders were rolling forward causing extreme shoulder blades pain, neck pain and occipital headaches. Working at a desk & computer for many years I know does not help. Present job has extremely poor ergonomics desk, chair, and monitors placement compounded the pain and no one there cares. This brace helps tremendously with pain relief.

The support is adjustable making it a perfect fit for anyone. I would spend long hours studying and doing homework and my upper back would be on fire until I put this on. It completely took my pain away and allowed me to spend more time studying. It’s light weight and the Velcro is very strong and good quality. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased the small size. I’m very petite and the straps almost went to my back in length.But it is helping me keep my back straight.Just do t wear it with a bra like a did looks ridiculous lol lol.

not that comfortable

I have multiple problems with my back! and I had purchased an older model of your brace that held my shoulders back and gave me the support I needed for my mid back. I was able to walk a mile every day with little or no effort on my part! The old model was a small and evidently needed a medium!I ordered the medium model this time and found there were changes in the new model and it did not exert the pressure on my back to pull my shoulders back and it gave no support to my lower back. It also had a rough mesh inset in the back piece that irritated my skin. The old model straightened my back and shoulders and the piece around the midriff was placed so I had control over the type of pressure my lower back was receiving! I had none of this with the new model and I bought a medium to see if that would be better--it was not and I am sending it back too!
