This ear pad is a good replcement for the XB450APs.These seem to be of good quality and fit the earphones very well.

The muffs do not fit the Sony XB650BT headphones. It’s a waste of money. Further this is not returnable and only replacement is possible. What’s the use of replacing an item which is useless for your need, and it doesn’t come cheap.

My original cushions lost it's shape and the outer cover stitching was gone. So there was no insulation as such from outside. I ordered this, and at first they only sent one of the earcups. After replacement I got both, and this improved the sound insulation for me. Cushions are comfortable, and the cover seems to be of good quality. Sticking this onto the headphones might be a bit tricky, since the plastic layer inside is ever so slightly larger than actual diameter of headphone. But it works well at the end.

I used Sony MDR XB450AP for almost 6 years after I finally decided to replace the earpads as the original ones got worn out. These new earpads fit in really well with the headphones but after I started using them I started to headache and ear issues. I never experienced anything with the original earpads but these caused me a lot of discomfort and pain that I decided to stop using the headphones and buy a new one instead. Maybe this happened due to the material that has been used for these earpads.I would recommend to buy new original headphones instead of purchasing any sort of earpads from some other company because nothing comes over health.

Purchased it for Sony MDR XB 450. Slightly big than expected however it is functioning as desired. Quality is good. A bit pricey.
