I purchased this item because it was on sale and looked like a good 'in-the meantime" table. It is a waste of money! Its not even close looking to faux marbel - its a cheap particle board with a cheap veneer lightly glued (i will update with pics). The veneer is peeling and the wood it flaking - it feels like a heavy card-board!!!!!!!!!! I went to return it only to see thsi message from Amazon (below). Before purchasing i checked the return policy and the desciption says it is eligible for return. NOW I find out that i can retun it but I have to pay shipping - SHIPPING FEE IS MORE than the table itself!!!!!!!!!!!!! basically - i got scammed.Damaged or defective itemThis product is not eligible for a return or replacement.Also note that this item was not sold by Amazon, so please contact the seller if you have any questions about their return policies. Beautiful

This is not a "beautiful" table but it's totally worth the money. I use my as a work desk so I am very happy with it. I would not use it as a dinner table.

This table is cheaply made and looks cheap. I wouldn’t be minded if it was like $75 but $160+…. A rip off.

It's not a faux marble tabletop, just a wooden tabletop with marble stickers!! That's why it's cheap!
