Best Bike Experience so far. 100% recommend
Overall: This bike took me about 20 minutes to set up. I work on my own bikes so it was easy. Average person should be able to be riding within an hour. I had to do zero adjustments to gears or brakes for a safe enjoyable ride.Quality: This bike is amazing. Wheels are an unknown build but the bike shop I had run a safety check said they're solid really good quality. No Issues. The Tires I had a blow out due to a road hazard. But they were grippy, smooth and comfortable. The saddle was trash. But I have yet to buy a bicycle without also immediately upgrading the saddle. I unboxed the bike, put it together and did a 35 mile group ride 2 days later. I had Zero issues. The brake rotor is also an unknown make. However again like the wheels, Tire shop said it had a little warp in play but nothing that affects braking or riding. They were able to get running a little bit more true and did tighten up the hydraulic brakes a little so they grab a little better.Size/Fit: Sava contacted me after order to confirm my measurements and the frame I ordered. I'm 5'9" with a 34" inseam so I went with the 56 cm frame. I dropped my seat post 1/2" from normal and slid my seat all the way forward. I have a very comfortable ride after that. The reach is perfect and I get great leg extension. She's very light and glides up hills with ease. I am absolutely in love with this bike.I held off my review until I'd spent some time on it. I've been in the saddle for 430 miles so far. I'll be over 500 after this weekend. I ride daily in the morning before work. And get in some pretty long rides every Sunday. Do not be afraid to buy this bike. I actually plan on buying a second bike from this company for Bikepacking trips at the beginning of 2026.

Still a great bike after 6 months of heavy use!
In short, this is a great bike after 6 months of heavy use -- 3 road rides per week and I ride year-round. Per Strava, I now have 2700 miles on this bike. I am 6 feet even and I bought the 56-inch frame (even though a smaller frame was recommended). If I were to repeat the order, I would ask Savadeck to cut one inch off of the seat post. I am seated comfortably with the existing seat post about a quarter inch from the bottom, but a shorter person would need a slightly shorter seat post (or smaller bike). The bike was well packed -- there was no damage to the box or the bike during shipping. Shipping took about 3 weeks total (I ordered right before Golden Week, a national holiday week), but delivery was made by UPS one week after the air freight tracking info was sent to me.There are a lot of things I like about the bike -- the flattened handlebars, the high-end Fizik saddle, the Shimano R8000 groupset, and the smooth ride. There was one small issue that I contacted Savadeck Support about -- the 78mm wheels had 60mm valve stems (plus a 40mm extension valve-less tube). So I could not directly access or lock the valve because it was inside the wheel. Both tires would not hold air, so I replaced them with inner tubes with 100mm valve stems. Savadeck Support reimbursed (one day) the cost of the tube replacements, so great customer support!

Speend with ease.
I like the fact that it came 4 days earlier that it was due to arrive. It's a beautiful look bike, riders great, very light. It had a slight damage to it, to derailer but I took it to the bike shop and had to fixed and professionally assembled, gear changing is smood. Money well spent.

Relieved
Was a terrified about buying straight from a Chinese company but I trusted Amazon’s return policy so I took a shot in the dark that I wouldn’t be wasting 2K just to get a cheaply made product. I’ve done 3 rides so far covering over 100miles even took it to a bike shop to get fitted. I love it!!! Even the guys in the bikes store heard of SAVA and expressed that it was a good bike based of the specs and appearance. I plan buying another bike from SAVA for my wife.

Virtually perfect ride with a couple upgrades
I’ve had this bike a couple years of months and I love it. I do a couple rides, 25-50 miles each, every week. My issue mostly stems from the fact that it got beat up in shipping. The box looked like it had been through war. When I put it together, the hangar had obviously been significantly bent in transport. I contacted sava and they were great about sending a replacement. When I took it to a bike shop, they suggested I change the rear derailleur too because the bottom wheel was bent outward. I authorized that and when they were working on it they called me and asked me if I would authorize changing the cassette and chain too because apparently sava cheaps out on them to save money. I thought the whole system was shimano. I went back to check the listing to verify and they don’t actually say the chain or cassette are shimano like the rest of the drivetrain. I had all of it changed and it cost me another 336$ out of pocket. If you buy the bike, have no shipping damage, and change the cassette and chain yourself then I think you’ll be really satisfied with what you have.

Awesome Bike, Amazing Deal!!!
I bought this bike about seven weeks ago and I've been riding it for about four - amazingly fast delivery actually. While the frame arrived with shipping damage, the company, Sava, has been very responsive and a new frame is on the way! (So, if you're worried about them taking care of you, sit back and relax - though the quarantine will slow things down a bit, I have no worries at all.) In the meantime, since it's only slight cosmetic damage, I've been riding this amazing bicycle every chance I get!Be warned, if you haven't owned a machine like this - it's FAST!!! I bought the 78mm wheels because I ride a lot and I wanted the full aerodynamic experience. The Sava Phantom 2.0 delivered! The Ultegra gear is outstanding and the bike looks great (see attached picture of me and the Chesapeake Bay on my new speed machine)! I tuned the bike to my stature and needs very quickly and easily and the bike performs flawlessly!Take the dive and order yourself one. You won't regret it!!!!
