Good supplement from an established company
Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. This bottle comes about 20% full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last one month. I'd prefer they put more capsules in and/or use a smaller bottle. The manufacturing date on mine is Jun 2023 and it doesn't say how long the capsules are good for.The capsules have kind of a musty smell; I think it is the Valerian, which I used to call the "smelly foot herb." So don't put it in your mouth until you're ready to swallow, which is easy to do with water. That aspect of Valerian is unfortunate since it's such a powerful and effective herb.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP compliant. The product page says 3rd-party lab tested and USA Made.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. There is a working phone number on the bottle, and the mdblend site is functional, though a little light on information. It says some general things about the company and products, but I would like identifying details like info on the founder(s) and/or leader(s), sourcing and manufacturing, where I can see copies of their certificates and lab tests, etc.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I have been looking forward to this supplement. I like the blend, but while I get proprietary blends, I think the amounts on some things need to be stated. Melatonin, for example, I was told by my doctor that our bodies need less than is in most supplements, and that if we take too much it can affect our body's production of melatonin. So I would like to know how much is in here. I do like that they don't use the fillers (stearates, dioxides, etc.) that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know refuse to.This seems pricey for a month, but getting a quality supplement from an established company is worth at least part of that, and if it does what you are getting it for, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

Something that can help you sleep
This review is more of a neutral one. I did not have any ill effects from it but nor did I notice any great change. It did give me a calm relaxing sleep but so has other sleep supplements. I like the combination blend in this supplement but would have like to be told the individual percentages of each part not just the total blend.

Sleep well
This is a good supplement to have on hand on the nights when it's hard to fall asleep. It has soothing and calming herbs and helps me to drift off to sleep. I don't feel groggy the next day, either.

Just give it time.
I must have tried over 25 different sleep supplements in the last year or so; this all natural supplement by M.D. Blend is truly one of the most effective I have used to date. The roster of ingredients included within are well known for providing relaxation and enducing sleep and the various products I have used employ similiar variations (with the exception of Hops Extract, which is included due to its mild, natural sedative effects...who knew?). This blend is pretty darn close to being perfect, except for the fact that it doesn't contain Lavender. If you're like me and you have chronic issues with falling asleep and wish to avoid prescription meds, this product could be a viable option for you; just know that natural supplements won't provide you with the immediate results (or the wild dreams!), that an RX will...you will, however, need to be patient to see results.Although I've only begun using this supplement a mere few days ago, my sleep is developing into a deeper sleep (however, not quite REM, yet!); it's been effective at relaxing my mind (which is half the battle), and I awaken feeling more refreshed then I have been in quite some time (which is no small feat!). I can only imagine how wonderful I will feel once I delve deeper into my 30 day supply. Another bonus: this sleep aid only requires taking one capsule a day, while other natural supplements have a serving size of two or three capsules.I will update my review, once I get further into my journey of a good night's sleep, but feeling the way that I feel this early on, I haven't a doubt that this product will become my new "go to" for a perfect night's slumber.

Expensive...
These are expensive... I do love the blend of natural medications in the capsule though. My one HUGE pet peeve is that it doesn't list how many mg of the medication is in it. I often need at least 10mg of melatonin to sleep and I can't figure out how much is in the capsules which is frustrating. There also isn't an expiration date on the bottle at all. I don't think I would ever pay this much for a sleep aid when there are plenty of other cheaper options on the market. I really don't think these are worth the price in my opinion. Especially without the mg of ingredients listed and the bottle not having an expiration date.
