Dirty
I just opened the cellophane package to use these for holiday tips and the majority of these envelopes were dirty. The lighter colors were unusable and the white paper liners, inside the flap are smudged and dirty. Also when you untie the string it is not anchored to the envelope and is difficult to re-tie. Pass.
